As part of your electric service, Security Lighting is available from the Coastal Electric Cooperative to help you protect your home, property, or business. For a low monthly charge, these lights automatically turn on in the evening and turn off at dawn to deter vandalism, theft and other crimes. Lights are also used to enhance the appearance of your property. Coastal Electric will install and maintain your security light and include the charge on your monthly electric bill.

Here is how it works: Security lights are available to all Coastal Electric Cooperative members for illumination of outdoor areas. Standard lighting is provided in four wattages at the following monthly rates.
